It isn’t like Youngstown doesn’t have a large percentage of blacks. The city is 47% white and 45% black, so I highly doubt that in any neighborhood in Youngstown there isn’t a fair amount of blacks.

It’s funny when they try to fake hate crimes by painting swastikas. You can always tell it’s fake, because they always paint them going in the wrong direction.
I’m sorry, but the real racists watch enough History Channel documentaries to know how to draw a proper swastika.
