If he were President, he would think nothing of spending millions of our dollars just for show. I also saw inside his apartment in Trump tower and there is gold everywhere.
Each president can decorate the oval office anyway he wants. Trump would have it looking like a gold sheik's castle as that is how his apartment and plane looks. The White House would be gold laden with mirrors everywhere to reflect his person as his apartment does.
If Cruz was President, copies of the constitution would be in his office and in the White House.
