Did any of us support Romney in 2012? No.

We supported the best Conservatives we could.

What happened?

We went through the early open primaries and Romney built up a delegate count that assured him the nomination.

Okay, we drive Trump out. How does that hot happen to Cruz and Walker, giving us the GOPe heart-throb, Jeb?

Dole, Bush, McCain, Romney...

How many times does this have to happen before we try something else?

Is Trump worse than Jeb?

I’m sure I’m about to be told yes over and over.

That’s how silly some folks have gotten.

Not just silly, but downright unhinged, imagining conspiracy theories where Trump-— whose business and career has been damaged because of his run— is actually causing all kinds of problems for himself just to get Hillary Clinton into the white house. That’s what these clowns are telling us in different threads.

You speak truth, oh DoughtyOne. We've been handed an imperfect savior, a last chance to save this once great nation. And conservatives who "smell blood" (can I say that anymore?) will strive to eliminate Trump because they have a delusional idea that somehow it will mean they'll be winners.

It has never been more clear how out-of-control the puppetmasters and their media mouthpieces are. Most people back down long before it's reached the level it has with Trump. Every "conservative" going along with the mainstream attempting to take down Trump is part of the problem. Now, they're compromised, and they should realize they're never gonna' be handed the prize, unless they completely sell out.

I submit that the only way things can change is Trump going third party, with an excellent VP who isn't dependent on his status as a Republican. He could win third party. The dissatisfaction cuts across party lines and I submit it's about 75% of US citizens. Then there's those Sanders supporters who aren't going to be really accepting of hillary vs Jeb.

Throwing the whole mess into total disarray will be the only way to clean house. The fringe benefit? It would be the end of the Republican Party.

Correct me where I'm not making sense, please.
