The moderator of the Republican debate last night posted that message on Twitter. Between what I see (it was posted after midnight) and others apparently see (it was posted before or during the debate), it shows undue bias from who is supposed to be an unbiased moderator & reporter. On Twitter, the poster of the message is given as Megyn Kelly (the moderator), an iconic checkmark is next to the name (indicating Twitter.com has actually verified it is, in fact, FOX reporter Megyn Kelly), and the poster has over a million people following her posts (an imposter wouldn’t have more than a few dozen).

Pretty crappy for the moderator to, immediately after the debate, declare that out of some 16 candidates including several strong & articulate leaders, and one outright business-mogul-cum-celebrity (don’t underestimate that draw), she honestly thinks (if not hopes & is working to ensure) the opposition party will win with either a scandal-swamped hag with no visible following, or an avowed Communist.

You do understand that the quote is from Debbie Wasserman Schultz — right? It was what is called a “retweet,” in which Megyn Kelly merely quoted Schultz. Routine.

This thread makes FReepers look stupid.

Does no one here know how Twitter works?

Reviewing the above thread, becomes clear that many of us glossed over the @DWStweets tag because we have no idea who that is, and usually if you quote someone on Twitter without further comment it’s probably because you agree. Ok, so it wasn’t Megyn who said it, she was pointing fingers at the over-quoted Debbie Wasserman Schultz who is prone to saying such idiotic things.

Prior post is proof I’m tired, stressed, and need to go to bed. Bourbon.

>> See the double quotes. She’s tweeting that Debbie says Dems will win.

With or without comment? The message is a bit too cryptic for me.

See #26.
Yes, it seems I’m stupid tonight.
And 140 characters is a pretty crappy way to carry out debate.

Well, it wasn’t anything fancy - I just copied and pasted what you posted into google and it came up.

From the looks of that Twitter handle looks like she’s quoting Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the DNC chair, if that’s what the DWS stands for.

I said I might be wrong because I did not see it on DWS’ twitter feed. I am sorry. But, why did she retweet it?

Megyn Kelly’s quote was posted after the debate last night. All the candidates, media, and political wonks were in the “spin” room.

The quote is what Debbie Wasserman Schultz said about the debate. Kelly quoted her in a tweet, because she was reporting from the spin room. Doing her job. No big deal. At all.

She may have been quoting her from the interview - not necessarily a retweet.

She is quoting / reporting something DWS said.

Come on, folks.

The thread the other night about McConnell switching his vote at the end and now this. Seriously, folks.

STOP THIS!

About the third time today this has been posted.

People who don’t understand Twitter should not be posting tweets.

Makes us all look like bumpkins.

My take on last night's attempt to destroy Trump, was indeed to neuter Trump for Hillry... The foxes have since Bush vs gore election, collectively cheered on and celebrated every liberal victory. They collectively, are masters of manipulation. I stopped watching them after 2008.

OK, I went thru DWS tweets and did not find it. Is it possible it is not a retweet but, rather, a quote of a comment DWS made?
