A few hours before Thursdays Fox News debate, a friend of Donald Trumps confided to me that Trump was nervous. Not about the competitionhe could handle them. No, Trump worried about Fox News, and in particular, debate moderator Megyn Kelly. Shed been hammering him all week on her show, and he was certain she was out to get him. Hed canceled a Fox News appearance on Monday night, the friend said, in order to avoid her. (Trumps spokeswoman wouldnt confirm or deny this.)

Vile to Cruz and Trump. That’s interesting. It’s sad, but Megyn’s been signaling for a while that she’s fallen for the establishment.
Megyn Kelly did an impressive impersonation of Katie Couric.
I have slowly stopped watching Fox over the last several years - I now prefer the Food Channel. I’ve never liked Kelly because she’s loud and aggressive in a Nancy Grace way. But to snark God and Jesus and St. Peter in one night? Disgraceful. The great thing about the internet is that I can watch the candidates on it without having to look at those awful news shows!
Actually, it’s been reported that Megyn Kelly hogged the most time. Trump came in 2nd.
“Megan Kelly and Chris Wallace acted poorly.”
That’s an understatement. Megan came across as democrat trailer trash. I was waiting for her to expose her boobs at the end.
Yes, but much of 'Trump's' time was forced on him while the Foxes chased him with their gotcha questions. It wasn't time he could use to state his views on the issues.
Trump needs to toughen up and his apologist supporters need to stop blaming others when he can't answer simple questions with anything specific.
He's a populist soundbite generator for the emotional motivated.
Or was that too mean?
Exactly. As Rush said, the Democrats are flushing the culture and the country down the drain, and the Republican candidates were not given much chance to unload on the Democrats anywhere near as much as they richly deserve.
Megyn will be working for some other network when the general election is finally held.
Yes, indeed. His “Rosie” comeback was sensational, though, don’t you think? He’s quick.
“Kelly and Wallace committed Hari-Kari last evening.
In front of the entire universe!”
Megan Kelly and Chris Wallace behaved truly crazed. Now there’s absolutley no reason to turn on a TV. How could they have behaved so badly? It seems that they had all had some drinks and were trying to outdo each with pitbull impersonations, rather than to even pretend to be moderators. There was no debating at all in what was being called “the debates.” Megan Kelly and Chris Wallace were third-rate bullying clowns in a farce of their own making and will forever be remembered as such. Fox News should be deeply ashamed.
It wasn’t a debate. It was a bunch of “gotcha” questions. Very poor performance on Fox’s part.
I think he might have bought it from Jim Trafficant’s estate sale!
“Nobody I know is feeling sorry for Trump. The point is this is supposed to be America - and the PEOPLE are supposed to be able to choose their own candidates, not Megyn or Fox News or GOPe”
Well said.
“It takes a special kind of idiot to criticize the spelling in a post where everything is spelled correctly. What word did you mistakenly think was misspelled?”
whingy?
Basically a Britishism for whiney, correctly spelled.
Poor baby!
Ahh feel yo pain!
I have no idea what most of your poorly written posts are even trying to say.
