Ive spent the last three weeks carefully studying the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. Ive decided I must oppose the agreement and will vote yes on a motion of disapproval.
I examined this deal in three parts: nuclear restrictions on Iran in the first 10 years, nuclear restrictions after 10 years and non-nuclear components and consequences. In each case, Ive asked: Are we better off with the agreement or without it?
In the first 10 years, there are serious weaknesses. First, inspections are not anywhere, anytime;

McConnell could be using his power to sway to play in the senate. Any dem voting for this bill wont see the light of day regarding future senate bills. You kill this obama nightmare agreement and his whole house crumbles.
Probably a “back door” deal with the lyin’ king with some sort of promise attached for later cashing in on. Chuck always struck me as a self-loathing type with little interest in Israel. I could be wrong. (Mrs. rktman reminds me all the time.)
Agree. This is just theater and some of the Rats are being released because their vote isn't needed and they need to fool their constituency.
