HOUSTON, TX, August 4 2015 (LifeSiteNews) – A Planned Parenthood official admits that abortionists sometimes provide “intact” babies' body for organ harvesting and experimentation, in the latest undercover video released by the Center for Medical Progress. It also includes graphic footage of investigators seeing pristine organs extracted from a 20-week-old aborted baby.
The director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, Melissa Farrell, told undercover investigators that abortionists are willing to alter the abortion process to obtain the body parts researchers request, or to deliver a child essentially intact.
“They can make it happen,” she said. “We bake that into our contract, and our protocol, that...we deviate from our standard in order to do that.”
“Some of our doctors,” she said, “do it [the abortion procedure] in a way that they get the best specimens, so, I know it can happen.”
As in the first video, Farrell goes to lunch with the team, stating that the fees paid for fetal body parts adds tremendous “diversification of the revenue stream” for the Planned Parenthood affiliate.
If she is admitting her activity generates a profit, that violates federal statutes prohibiting the sale of human organs for “valuable consideration.”
Farrell said the actors, who posed as a human biologics company, could receive the body parts they needed, and Planned Parenthood would bill in such a way that the company pays more for higher quality specimens and abortionists' extra effort.
“If we alter our process, and we are able to obtain intact fetal cadavers, we can make it part of the budget” to cover “dissections” and “splitting the specimens into different shipments,” she said. “It’s all just a matter of line items.”
“This is now the fifth member of Planned Parenthood leadership discussing payments for aborted baby parts without any connection to actual costs of so-called tissue ‘donation,'” said CMP Project Lead David Daleiden. “Planned Parenthood’s system-wide conspiracy to evade the law and make money off of aborted fetal tissue is now undeniable.”
The last several minutes of the video again shows graphic footage of the investigators inside the laboratories of the Houston abortion facility, combing through the body parts of a 20-week-old baby.
“It was a twin,” an employee says as she retrieves the remains from the refrigerator.
Clearly developed hands and feet are seen in the dish, as the investigator pulls out a lung with a pair of tweezers.
“Sometimes they come out really intact,” a tech told the pair of actors.
An employee added that, at later gestational age, “the 20-, 22-weekers we do, we get a lot better.”
“The organs come out really, really well,” she said.
An employee adds that Planned Parenthood's ability to extract intact babies depends on “how cooperative the patient is during the procedure,” especially once “you've pretty much maxed out...their [pain] tolerance.”
Whatever the method, more Planned Parenthood affiliates nationwide may soon be participating. During a conversation with Farrell, an employee states that the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) is “encouraging more participation” in the fetal organ procurement program, “but they don't want to get too into the mix of it.”
Today's release follows a temporary restraining order imposed last Friday by federal judge William H. Orrick, III, an Obama donor who was then nominated for the federal bench by the president. The restraining order was requested by the National Abortion Federation.
Today's footage was released as a 15-minute-long video excerpt. In past cases, the CMP has quickly made the full, unedited footage available, as well.
Daleiden has said the organization has hours of video footage and a likely eight or more videos to release from its 30-month-long investigation. But he said the first five videos have already educated the public about the stark realities of aborted children organ sales.
“Anyone who watches these videos knows that Planned Parenthood is engaged in barbaric practices and human rights abuses that must end,” Daleiden said. “There is no reason for an organization that uses illegal abortion methods to sell baby parts and commit such atrocities against humanity to still receive over $500 million each year from taxpayers.”
Last night, a bill to defund Planned Parenthood garnered a majority of Senate votes but failed to pass due to parliamentary rules reinstituted by Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
This is Joseph Mengele-level stuff now, folks.
America EXECUTED people for doing things like this at the end of the Second World War. And now they get tax dollars for doing it, to keep funding Democrat election campaigns?
It's terrible to contemplate, but I have a feeling we'll very soon see the first of a flood of lawsuits against Planned Parenthood from those "mothers" incensed that they didn't get their cut of the sales proceeds.
Just watch.
If they’re not doing it for profit, why on earth would they bother harvesting and shipping out all of these parts. Nobody would go through such trouble without some profit.

In any case, it doesn’t matter. The fallacy that the Left and the abortionists are desperately clinging to is, “the ends justify the means!” “this is the price of progress!”
And yet, not a SINGLE person on Facebook, where many of my contacts are conservatives, will DARE to post this politically-incorrect news, because they fear the backlash that could come from it, from family, friends, and others, up to AND INCLUDING the loss of their jobs.
I really am ashamed of where we, as a nation, have fallen to.

Wrong. Profit is irrelevant. Profit IS a matter of line items. Planned Parenthood is a non-profit. All this means is they do not keep any revenue as profits. Everything gets spent or paid to employees.
PP can claim they do not make a profit from this. That is NOT what the law says. It says “valuable consideration”. That is a much wider chasm to cross than simply not making a profit.
The abortionists ARE receiving valuable consideration for body parts. They are also NOT acting in the best interest medically of the mothers when they manipulate procedures to procure intact fetal tissue, clearly.
These points need to be repeated until the general public understands:
1. Planned Parenthood abortionists ARE receiving valuable consideration for body parts.
2. Planned Parenthood abortionists ARE putting mothers in greater danger, pain, and health risk in order to do these procedures.
3. Half-a-billion federal tax dollars, many state tax dollars, and many charitable dollars go to Planned Parenthood abortionists every year, AND they charge to perform abortions, sell the body parts of babies, while the Planned Parenthood abortionists get rich.
4. Planned Parenthood is a criminal enterprise and does not need to be subsidized with American tax dollars.

For one thing it would mean discovery or proof and we would find out just exactly what PP is telling these women about the process.
Imagine how these women feel now when they see videos of what happened to their babies. PP and the left make it easy for the women to think of their babies as "just a fetus" but these videos show the truth.
Oh yeah, it’s coming, but the mother animals will want to know what happened to their “babies.” They will claim human suffering, PTSD, the class action suits will be enormous.
When I think of this atrocity in my mind, what I see is a giant parasitic machine constructed in Hell, and its purpose is to extract money from poor people in the form of the flesh of their young.
It is literally grinding up their treasure, and the product is being sold to line the pockets of the liberals keeping them in poverty on purpose. Some of that money then goes in the form of contributions to the politicians protecting the whole construct.
This is how they extract money from those who otherwise have nothing to give.
Sometimes my imagination runs away with me, but there is immeasurable Evil occurring here.
Our country needs to face the reality of what an abortion is. Our country needs to face God ask for his mercy on us.
I agree. I’m not at all proud of it now, but I haven’t always been a super strong pro-lifer. I was against it, but it wasn’t the biggest thing in my mind politically. I guess the propaganda made it seem like a rare thing that nobody was really happy about, and that both sides approached with some sense of gravity.
These videos have removed the scales from my eyes. I do not think I am alone it this. These videos have done serious damage. What the videos have done that nothing else has, is to show the level of glee, levity, and callousness of these people. And note they are all women. To see the final debasement of women is disgusting.
As I look at these women, I think we are very literally seeing precisely what it was like in Dr. Mengele’s offices. It’s horrifying to think those people are actually walking around out there. Complete sociopaths. If congress does not end funding for Planned Parenthood, America as we knew it is over and this new entity deserves no loyalty at all.
