All I really know about cheese is that I don’t know very much about cheese. Oh, and that I generally like it. I’m the guy who goes to the fancy cheese section of the grocery store and picks up a block of something I’ve had before and a block of something I’ve never heard of just to see. Cheese is a wild and amazing world.
