Sargento makes American Cheese slices? Don't know if I've ever seen them. As for Roman and Parmesan, my favorite of all, at least of the common store brands, are the cheese wedges from Stella.

Stella Romano Cheese, 8 oz

Stella Parmesan Cheese, 5 oz

Remember at its root American cheese is a subsection of cheddar (except for the ones that are based on Colby). Sargento has sliced mild (the closest to American), medium, sharp and extra sharp cheddar, and Colby. So while they don’t full on have American cheese slices, they have better slices in the same general category that taste way better. Stella is good, my main grocery carries Boar’s Head so that’s the grate it myself parmesan I’ve got.
