It is not illegal to hunt lions. It is illegal to poach lions.
While they are free to set their own business policies, there is no legitimate reason for an airline to refuse to transport legally-obtained hunting trophies.
However, Planned Parenthood executives are still welcome to fly.
Trophy hunters should be limited to only hunting with a dagger. Give the animals a sporting chance.
I say "f" trophy hunters. Go hunting with a camera for cripes sake. This ain't the 1800's anymore.
Seems like the latest liberal cause celebre is the zeal to disallow any actions which would be construed as supporting hunting.
This Cecil the Lion story and the media coverage has become a parody of itself.
Any ban on dead baby parts yet?
How are they going to enforce this? Airport security scans luggage, but I don’t think the airlines themselves do so. Frankly, luggage and other restrictions are getting so ridiculous that I find it very frustrating to fly.

"When they came for the trade unionists . . . " is not just a clever slogan. (I do not trophy hunt, but I do hunt deer, duck & dove and go to the occasional pheasant shoot. But I stand with my fellow hunters, period.)

Sorry, I have no respect for anyone who slaughters an animal just for the rush.
This is starting to look like the Confederate Flag flap all over again.
Any ban on dead baby parts yet?
My sentiments exactly! First thing that crossed my mind reading the post.
Safari hunting trophies — the new Confederate flag issue.
Thank-God our long national nightmare of allowing lion heads to be flown into this country is finally coming to an end.
Between this and banning the confederate flag it should be safe now to walk the streets at night in Baltimore and South Chicago.
And Fed-ex is all “chaCHING”.
