Thought I’d put this up as I’ve written early and all. PLEASE NOTE....at the very top of this piece, each and every week, I put a link to THIS thread.
And don’t I notice new folks joining in and more posts?
I’m jus’ sayin’.
The Donald phones it in, nominee wannabes come out of the woodwork. Most notable on Sunday political talk shows today is what was NOT discussed.

“Incontinent Bob”.
I’ve been leaning for Walker from day one but I don’t discount any of the other candidates. Frankly, there are too many running to settle on one. For now.
I really like much of what others are saying, including Rand Paul, Carson, Carly and even Chris Christie. I don’t think they can win but I’m happy they are running and it’s especially great for any Hillary and Democrat party hits.
YAY!!!
That makes the whole day and thread worth it.
Thank you, Altura!

Yew stole that.
Howdy Altura. Miss Marple 2 was on Twitter last I saw. I do not do Twitter but somehow I get tweets on my email from Lord knows where. Anyway, she also was Christa Cooper once but it has been awhile since I visited that site. Maybe fate will be kind this time around and the democrats will be ousted and some worthwhile Republicans will be elected. Hope springs eternal. Ted Cruz, Carly Fiorina, Walker and of course Donald Trump are running strong but we have a ways to go for sure.
Anyway, caught a rerun of Fox News Sunday. The previous comments on today's thread covered what I saw, but the general impression I got was that the professional politicians and pundits on that show are so tangled up in the horse race, inside baseball stuff that they are missing the point of why Trump is leading.
He is willing to take risks, which anybody who runs a business has to be willing to do, but even more importantly he is talking like an American and not a politician. When actual votes are counted and somebody pays attention to the exit polls, maybe the pros will catch on. Most likely not.
And there are 2 real answers to the question, "Who is the PM of India"? The first one is, "Who cares?" Another answer that will resonate with the real people and slip by the pros.
The second one is, "Ya know, I was just talking to him when I dialed customer service yesterday, but I forgot his name. Nice guy." That might get a laugh, but maybe fewer votes.
Yes, when Miss Marple left this forum, she declared that she was going to devote her comments to Twitter.
I don’t do Twitter... can’t get into it, but it’s very popular.
It’s fun being back on this thread with all my old friends.
she nor many of the candidates are spring chickens...but so funny as so many voters made fun of John McCain's age...but that is just politics...
I'm personally sick and tired of PROFESSIONAL POLITICIANS AND THAT IS WHY I STAND WITH TRUMP, PLUS HE IS NOT OUT BEGGING FOR MONEY...
I get daily emails requesting donations from all the Republicans running other than Trump...and damn I appreciate him for that...The candidates must think the average working person can afford them all, and we that are retired and living on limited incomes are being slammed for money donation...enough already...
Can we Talk Di**hits?
This a hole was in between Heiresses and lived in his Dodge Convertible for a period of time! He is beyond a Moron..
as we say in NE
there are no words!
John effin k has the iq of a peanut butter sandwich who forgets it’s bread.
See my post #119. You are right. Hillary will be 69 in 2016.
LOl only one dumber than Kerry is Algorrrrr.. we may see both run who knows?
AL GORE...
dang, I thought he died...
Luntz and Rove depend on low information politicians for their paychecks. A self guided candidate who does not rely on a paid magic word consultant is their worst nightmare.

Megan Kelly is a major disappointment. She has turned out to be another NYC effete elite (an oreily in a dress)
