I have the same impression of Jeb Bush. I.E, Jeb is less than enthusiastic about his run and is doing it under heavy pressure from probably a number of individuals or interests. I liked him in the past but in his present political aspiration to be President of the USA, he has not come across to me that he will be willing, and able, to take this country back from the socialists, and worse. Jeb Bush is not up for the struggle. As the saying goes.

Jeb is a lot like Hillary he is loaded with cash,you can never count them out they have staying power....As to his state of mind,I don't have a clue.
