WETHERSFIELD–A professor at a local community college has been arrested after allegedly claiming an officer racially profiled her, when he didn’t.
On May 9, Minati Roychoudhuri, 32, of Storrs, was driving near exit 85 on Route 15 when she was pulled over. She was cited for failure to drive in the established lane.
A month later, on June 8, she sent the following letter to the Commissioner of Public Safety:

Normal people who get ticketed for a traffic violation, pay the fine, if they committed the violation.
If they didn’t commit the violation, they fight the ticket in court.

I would think you could look up 'College Professor' and 'Racism' in Nexus and you would find example after example of stupidity. Not abnormal in the least.
When being accused of a crime, yell racism.

Then signs a statement acknowledging it’s a crime to make claims that she doesn’t believe to be true in an effort to mislead a public servant.
Be interesting to see where they go with this. Her career should be over.
She’s not hispanic, she’s Indian/South Asian. This is weapons grade stupid though...causing all this fuss over a simple traffic violation. I guess she’s trying to show she’s down with the cause by dissing the pigs.

I am a Professor in English at Capital Community College, I teach about diversity and the negative impact of racial profiling, I have now become a target of the same insidious behavior! It is easy to connect the dots with the nationwide racial profiling which has led to serious consequences.
It really makes my morning to know she was arrested for her arrogance ...
