A bounty on this would be money well spent compared to the graft and corruption from the so called stimulus bill or the billions spent on solyendra....
Once a several hundred thousand illegals were caught by bounty hunters and deported, they would start deporting themselves. We could even work with airlines and flight normally going to mexico and other central American countries to fill unused seat with deportees and give the airlines a kickback to boot.
That would work, once the illegals start seeing average LEGAL Americans willing to seek them out and basically make citizens arrests or assist authorities, they will self deport en masse.
There are always hold outs, those you imprison.

How do you deport them? Make draconian laws making it fiscally impossible to risk employing them in America. Cut social services. Give them exactly what their own countries provide foreigners on a reciprocal basis.
More like 50 million. To locate just look on busy streets where traffic is blocked by illegal morons running out to ask for work. Look for houses with ten cars parked in front. Look for overstuffed garbage cans on the street with Mexican beer cans falling on the ground. Look for sewer cleaning trucks running snakes up sewer lines to unplug massive grease build ups. Go to DMV. Look for stores where 100 chickens are being barbequed at once out front. Go to any store that carries beer on sale. Go to 7-11. Drive into apt complexes where the smell of burritos and tacos fills the air. Go to stores that have Spanish signs out front. Look for guys or gals on bicycle carts selling ice cream or fruit. Go to any construction site. And pretty much go to any business where illegals are taking the jobs nobody wants.
