The 15-year-old boy accused of sexually assaulting and strangling 8-year-old Madyson “Maddy” Middleton in his family’s Santa Cruz apartment — after allegedly luring her there with promises of ice cream — was charged Wednesday as an adult with special-circumstances murder.

And he values that so highly that commits a horrific murder of an 8 YEAR OLD DEFENSELESS GIRL. Wait, I forgot - she’s white, and if the roles were reversed he’d be up on federal Hate crimes charges.
Everything Artichokegrower said on the other thread about the Tannery and the trash living there is true. Her mother is no artist, this kid and his mother are not “artists”, all of them are just moochers living in a taxpayer subsidized modern apartment in a place where houses now sell for an average of like $650K.
And predictably, the professional bleeding hearts are all out now making apologies for him.
It’s disgusting beyond belief. Think of the brutality of the last few minutes of her short life, a pretty and sweet little girl as this APE did everything vile he could think of to her. And then strangled her while she was tied up. And threw her in the trash bin.

In this instance a young girl was raped and murdered.
The penalty for that is death.

The current law does state persons under 18 at the time of their sentence can’t be executed.
