Not beholden to anyone - what that is misleading in that trump stated that illegal aliens can stay as long as they have not committed a crime. Duh ILLEGAL - means AGAINST THE LAW. Am I missing something here in that illegal aliens are allowed to stay as long they do not commit crimes or is Trump being beholden to the US Chamber of Commerce.
So in essence Trump is beholden to someone so the interview is another falsehood.

We all know dang well Trump don’t tow that GOPE line when just about all candidates, except Cruz play the GOPE game. The rest shuck and jive their voter base.
Cruz wisely a few years ago, set up a big time and large donor base knowing full well he would be an outsider inside the GOPE party. I took note of it. Trump he’s got his own cash and both of these two candidates would be effective controlling immigration. The others are too beholden to big time special interest donors that rule the GOPE. That’s the bottom line.
