That’s the ferry range mentioned, not the combat radius, which typically includes air to air missiles and (heavy) air to ground munitions. The combat radius of the F-16 is much lower, though they can still can hit Iran with their CFTs and tanker support.

Divide the range numbers in 2, if not 3, for combat radius (barring refueling).
Personally, I would develop massive cheap drones, in large, large, numbers (say 1000), and have them kamikaze it after key radar and missle stations hit by missle.
You do this at there political leaders locations as well.
