Parents are shot dead and their daughter is wounded by broken-down motorist they helped

A man who was stopped along a road on Montana's Crow Indian Reservation gunned down a family who tried to help him Wednesday, killing the couple and wounding their daughter.

Tana Shane, 50, and her husband Jason, 52, who have seven children, were killed, and daughter, Jora, 24, was shot in the head and back, after they assisted 18-year-old suspect Jesus Deniz Mendoza in Pyror, Montana.

Jorah survived and managed to run to a local school to get help before returning to the scene. She was then taken to hospital and is said to be 'incoherent'.

Mrs Shane drove past the man and, after deciding to help, returned home to pick up her spouse and daughter so they could help him.

Park County sheriff's spokesman Lance Mathess said his agency has been instructed by the FBI and Bureau of Indian Affairs not to release any information on Deniz.

Jesus Deniz Mendoza, 18, was detained in Wyoming by the FBI. He is accused of killing the couple and shooting their daughter after they took him to a nearby store so he could pick up gas

Deniz was apprehended near Meeteetse, Wyoming, and was being held in 'investigatory custody for another agency' in the Park County Detention Center, according to the Gazette.

This is no doubt one of Obama's dreamers or one of the many criminal aliens he released to terrorize Americans.

My wife has a Navajo friend who stopped to give a ride to a woman walking down the road who proceeded to steal her purse when she was distracted. The perp looked drunk and helpless and my wife's friend tearfully asked her "How could I NOT help?"

Sheriff You are the authority on the scene and the Feds don't give you orders.

This occurred on Tribal land. The Sheriff doesn't have jurisdiction there if either the perp or victims are Indian. If one or the other are Indian, then the jurisdiction is Tribal and/or Federal. If neither are Indian, then the local Sheriff will have jurisdiction.

Deniz’s Facebook profile photo declares ‘Brown Pride’ (above). According to his page, he’s a native of Worland, Wyoming, a town with a population of a little over 5,000. It’s about 125 miles from Pryor, where the shooting took place. Judging by the posts on his wall, Spanish is Deniz’s first language.
