Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said Wednesday that his office has received video taken in a Planned Parenthood clinic he says is consistent with other stealthily recorded footage that has Republicans again taking on the biggest abortion provider in the U.S. While testifying before a committee of Texas lawmakers, Paxton would not divulge details or discuss how his office got the footage, which has not been publicly released. He also didn´t specify where the video was filmed, but Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast says actors pretending to be from a health research company toured its Houston clinic in April and talked

The FBI should investigate any and all official documents submitted for falsified entries.
Crimes might include--govt fraud, conspiracy, collusion, falsifying official documents (a felony), filing falsified documents, money laundering, tax evasion, extortion, theft, misuse of public facilities.
Examine tax returns of Stem Express and its affiliates and Planned Parenthood... particularly entries for "interest income."
Taxpayers demand investigation by the following agencies commence at once:

<><> 18 U.S.C.§1027 False statements and concealment of facts in relation to documents required by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and other possible offenses including civiland/or criminal RICO violations.
<><> 18 U.S.C. §§1961-68 (RICO Act)18 U.S.C. §1001 (making false Statements to Agents of the US Government),
<><> 18 U.S.C. §241(Conspiracies Against Civil Rights).
Possibly full investigations crentering on RICO conspiracies under 18 U.S.C. §1962(c) could be warranted because (1) the persons (2) were employed by or associated with an enterprise (3) that engaged in or affected interstate commerce and that (4) the persons operated or managed the enterprise (5) through a "pattern" (6) of racketeering activity, and (7) the taxpayers were injured by reason of the "pattern" of racketeering activity.
Alleged Offenses could include Violation of Title 18 U.S.C. §241 – Conspiracy Against Constitutional Rights – which prohibits in relevant part, “two or more persons (from conspiring) to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same . . .” See, 18 U.S.C. §241.

Given the nature of the leftist establishment to fragment its self into thousands of small special purpose organizations and companies, it is more than reasonable to state that Stem Express is Planned Parenthood
I would support those charges against an politician who votes in favor of funding them.

I have been sooooooo relieved to know there are young people out there pushing back!!!!! These folks are doing VERY HARD work for our side!!!!!
These videos for Acorn and PP have been invaluable!!!!!! These young folks have a hell of ALOT of courage to do what they have done to expose the EVIL of the progressives!!!! I thank God EVERY day for the courage he has bestowed upon these folks to help us save our beloved nation!!!!! I have HOPE again through ALL of the darkness we have all endured that very quietly and stealth like there are determined young people out there fighting for our nation!!!! It is NOT going to happen through these corrupt politicians, it is going to happen through groups like these who are VERY QUIETLY and SLOWLY gathering proof of the absolute corruption of the progressive side of this great nation!!!!!
