The University of Cincinnati is reportedly closed down this afternoon as police officers prepare for potential riots over the death of an unarmed man who was killed by university cops during a traffic stop last week.
Samuel Dubose, 43, who is black, was shot and killed by white UC Officer Ray Tensing after Tensing reported that he was dragged by Duboses vehicle and had to fire. The shooting, called not good by Cincinnati Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell, was captured on Tensings body camera and is set to be released today:

This wins the Internet for the afternoon.
I think the thread would do well if the officers report was put up. It’s here somewhere on FR and I don’t have time.
Inquiring minds would like to know if he has any turkeys with him.
You can bet there will be a riot. The MSM has validated the need for one, i.e., it is justified given the circumstances. Outside agitators paid by Soros will flock there. With the GOP’ first debate in Cleveland and the convention being held there in 2016, we can expect some demonstrations ala Chicago 1968.
Funniest TV episode ever.
I have the complete series, with original music (very rare) on DVD.
One of my prize possessions.
Officer Tensing repeated that he was being dragged by the vehicle and had to fire his weapon,” Officer Eric Weibel’s incident report says. Weibel said the officer complained of pain to his left arm after the stop. “Looking at Officer Tensing’s uniform, I could see that the back of his pants and shirt looked as if it had been dragged over a rough surface,” the report says.
Then why did the cop lie about it?
Officer Tensing may not have lied. I don't know if there is a universal definition of "drag" in this kind of circumstance. Officer Tensing would have had to make the decision to shoot before he was pulled off of his feet and his body was pulled along the ground since any aimed fire would have been impossible at that point. Officer Tensing could then have been run over by the rear tire or abraded to death by the road. Having his hand hypothetically grabbed by the driver of a car in gear with its engine on with the driver showing a clear intent to illegally drive away meets my definition of "drag" regardless of the speed of forward movement.
The auto rolled forward and knocked Tensing to the ground, NBC News reported. She said release of the video could jeopardize a fair trial in the future. The police officer then asked Mr Dubose to step out of the auto, after which a struggle ensued. At some point, Tensing fired a single shot and Dubose who was shot in the head was able to restart the vehicle and begin to drive away, Whalen said.
lol...
I've seen the report Ronald, but it now seems to have had it's link compromised somehow. I'll find another when I get time.☺
I'm not convinced Officer Tensing did lie. Please see my post #248 for an explanation under the set of circumstances I outlined in my post #235.
Watch the video. This was out and out murder.
Officer dragged before shooting, ‘had to fire’ gun, Cincinnati police report says
Btw, I have seen the officers report.
Not only did he lie, but so did his partner/co-conspirator.
Because white liberals believe blacks are inferior and incapable of self control. so they treat them like subhumans.
“Officer Tensing stated that he almost was run over by the driver of the Honda Accord and was forced to shoot the driver with his duty weapon (Sig Sauer P32). Officer Tensing stated that he fired a single shot. Officer Tensing repeated that he was being dragged by the vehicle and had to fire his weapon,” Officer Eric Weibel’s incident report says.
This was not an Ohio cop. This was a member of the University of Cincinnati Police.
In a press conference describing the July 19 shooting, Cincinnati police said there had been a struggle during the traffic stop, but didn't mention anything about the officer reporting he'd been dragged.
And now we know why.
Ridicule is the pathetic recourse of a weak argument.

I don't see anything that you have "quoted" about this report that can be definitively contradicted by the video that has been released. You seem stuck on the use of "drag". Again, please see my post #248 for an explanation of a potential justification of this shooting under the set of circumstances I outlined in my post #235.
