The University of Cincinnati is reportedly closed down this afternoon as police officers prepare for potential riots over the death of an unarmed man who was killed by university cops during a traffic stop last week.
Samuel Dubose, 43, who is black, was shot and killed by white UC Officer Ray Tensing after Tensing reported that he was dragged by Duboses vehicle and had to fire. The shooting, called not good by Cincinnati Police Chief Jeffrey Blackwell, was captured on Tensings body camera and is set to be released today:

“He had just started the car.
After being told, in effect, to get out.”
Yes, he did do that.
And then the officer murdered him.
Those two statements are not mutually exclusive.
When running from the law becomes legal everybody will do it. A fine line.
not a pig, but a piglet...... a campus cop.
the real cops can throw a campus cop under the bus with no remorse
They already know whether the bottle was sealed. The officer knew when he handed him the bottle is was full. This is pretty obvious based on video.
Full bottles are generally sealed no? Why open a bottle and not drink it? Makes no sense. No bueno.
Full, yes.
Sealed, unknown.
Am awaiting evidence either way.
Ok. No audio on the video I watched.
Orchestrated by the Kenyan puppet master.

Murder requires premeditation. There’s no evidence of that.
What we do have is an incident of escalating revelation of crimes, and corresponding escalating tension.
Driver was about to flee, an action which understandably prompts a cop into action against the suspect.
I’ll grant he likely over-reacted. But it wasn’t “murder”. Manslaughter, yeah, overreaction by someone who very well perhaps shouldn’t have been a cop, yeah, but not murder.
Well, no matter how you look at it, this is definitive proof that all whites are oppressing and murdering innocent blacks in astronomical numbers. It’s genocide I tell ya... we need reparations now.
It’s gin. Hard liquor. Not unlikely to open it, take a sip, close it, and it still “looks full”.
And just being opened was enough for conviction. Doesn’t have to be not-full.
Oh, and I’ll be interested in the toxicology report. Alcohol was involved (even if simply a closed bottle) so it does suggest checking the driver’s BAC is a reasonable check.
Turns out 'Black Lives Matter' is being funded by George Soros....O'Reilly had it on his show last night.
If the press wasn't made a bunch of democrat trolls, they would wade into these crowds and interview some of the clueless street people bussed in to fool the press... Of course it would take some of the fun out of being part of the scam.
And Btw, the full bottle has little or nothing to do with this murder.
This isn't murder 1. It may be voluntary manslaughter.
This is nowhere near as bad as that psycho cop standing on the hood pumping round after round into an unarmed couple who fled. That guy skated. And Tamir Rice was worse too.
I just hope this isn't a big show to calm everyone down, then he throws the case. And yes, I'm paranoid.
Nope. First-degree murder (called "Aggravated Murder" in Ohio) requires premeditation (or, as Ohio law puts it, "prior calculation and design")
Murder (called Second-Degree murder in many jurisdictions) merely requires that the perpetrator "purposely cause the death of another."

I’ll go with “riots start at sunset for 1000”, Alex.
They'll call it what they want, but the suspect victim was immediate killed over a simple traffic infraction stop.
Not only did one cop suspect lie, but his cop accomplice/co-conspirator flat out lied on both their reports.

FWIW
AFAIK, campus cops are real cops with cop powers, salaries and benefits. In fact, they’re better off than city cops because they have an easier beat.
