To put this poll in perspective, it is asking what “Hispanics” think of each candidate, as in favorability rating. Trump received the highest favorability rating of any REpublican. Hillary however got a 50% favorability rating. However, it’s still impressive on the REpublican side, and great to see Trump edging out the Panderer Bush.

Cruz got 30% likability in Latino poll.
Add Cruz’s 30% and Trumps 34% and you got 64% Latino likability
for that team.

I think there’s a good deal of truth to that. They don’t respect wimps.
I watched the All-Star Game with a friend of mine who is Mexican-American. His parents were illegals, he has close family who are Mexican citizens.
He asked me “What do you think of Trump?”.
I said he may not be a conservative but I’m impressed. I like him.
My friend said “I do too. He’s racist, but I can deal with that. I’d vote for him.”
And that’s my one vato poll.
After this election, there may be a sh!tload of consultants whose advice has finally been exposed as self-destructive. Huckabee is channeling his inner Trump by NOT backing down. Not that the huckster is anyone who I’d prefer, but it may be instructive to the rest of the candidates if he runs strong.
