Read his Autobiography, Life, amazing read, he is actually pretty sharp considering all the drugs. I think some of it is more of an act that anything."He [Keith] is an avid reader with a strong interest in history and owns an extensive library.[81][82] An April 2010 article revealed that Richards yearns to be a librarian.[83]"--Wikipedia
I wonder if it is available as an audio book, because I can't see a thing that is up-close anymore. I sit about 3 feet away from my 23-in computer screen.

Does Keef still carry his shiv? Technically not a great guitarist, but the abdo-lute riff-master. And his playing of rhythm and solos always fits perfectly. I’m a fan. Ronny? Pfffft!

I do not know too many people stay at the top of their field for 50 years... The Stones, collectively *or* individually, haven't been at the top of their field since Sticky Fingers.

“Mick Taylor was much better than Ronnie.”
No comparison! When Ronnie plays bottleneck, I cringe!

“On 27 April 2006, while in Fiji, Richards suffered a head injury after falling out of a tree; he subsequently underwent cranial surgery at a New Zealand hospital.[84] The incident caused a six-week delay in launching the Rolling Stones’ 2006 European tour and the rescheduling of several shows; the revised tour schedule included a brief statement from Richards apologising for “falling off his perch”.[85]
The band made up most of the postponed dates in 2006, and toured Europe in 2007 to make up the remainder. In a video message in late 2013 as part of the On Fire tour, Richards gave his thanks to the surgeons in New Zealand who treated him, remarking that “I left half my brain there.”[86]”—Wikipedia

Always wonder what direction the Stones would have taken if Brian Jones stayed healthy.

We need to start thinking about what kind of world we are going to leave for Keith Richards.

I love Keith but I think he stole some of his best licks from Ry Cooder - that's alright though

Keith Richards will always be cool in my book based on
these 15 seconds alone.. Click the link, it's a pretty awesome way to deal with a stage crasher. Also, I think he went and bailed the guy out after the show because he felt a little bad afterwards.

“Always wonder what direction the Stones would have taken if Brian Jones stayed healthy.”
Interesting thing to consider! Keith anf Mick were more into Chuck Berry, etc., though they definitely liked Blues. But Brian? Just listen to him on “Little Red Rooster!”
