Republican presidential hopeful Jeb Bush wants the 11 million immigrants in America illegally to have a pathway to legal status, he told Telemundo Monday in a Spanish-language interview.
For The 11 million people [undocumented immigrants in America], they must come out of the shadows, receive a work visa, start paying taxes and also pay a small fine, learn English, don't receive government benefits, but they come out of the shadows and they receive legal status after some time, he said in the interview. Excerpts of the interview aired Monday, while the rest will show on Sunday.

Once again, with feeling; Yeb needs to emmigrate to Mexico to enjoy their Utopia.
They already do have a legal status: Criminals.
I think I’d actually rather HILLARY! be President than this clown Jeb! What an evil man.
It’s WAY MORE than 11 million. It’s clearly up to 35-40 million now. And this army of illegals includes much more than Hispanic illegals. And my 35-40 million figure does NOT include the additional millions who will pour in to take advantage of such “legalization” by submitting phony documentation (e.g., rent receipts).
Bush should be allowed no where near the White House.
The R party is doomed if it nominates bush.
If we made the illegals legal, the illegal problem and debate would go away.
Brilliant!
Heh...this is the modern GOP.
There already is a ‘pathway to citizenship’. It’s called ‘Go back home and try it legally this time.”..................
we don’ need no steenking Bushes!................
Can I please host the debates?
‘Governor Bush, could you please explain why you think those who illegally enter the country should be given priority over those who lawfully apply and wait to be chosen? What message do you think this sends to the world when we give priority to those who enter illegally?”
I thought we spoke English in this country???
Yeb lost my vote the minute I heard his name...and he looks like a vulture. Think I’m kidding? Watch close next time you see him on TV, note how he always leans slightly forward...looks like a vulture.
OK pathway to citizenship...so we get to pay for their welfare, health care, education, low income housing, while we can’t find jobs (they sure can) and they send billions back to Mexico...
yeah Jebbie I’m gonna vote for that...NOT...I’ve seen the lines at the Western Union counter on Friday about 5:30...I’ve seen Mexicans on road crews, carpenter crews, everywhere you look while I spent 4 months trying to find a job...my tools have been stolen, a framing crew tried to steal our entire tool trailer, at least $5000 in tools...too bad it was so heavy they couldn’t push it back and hook it up to the truck that was waiting. We got lucky, I forgot to grab us some water at lunch and went back out to my beat up jeepasaurus, found the framing crew trying to steal our trailer. We ran out the front door throwing hammers, (our pistols were locked up in the vehicles) they decided it was time to leave. Cops never did find them.
NOPE....NOPE...and just plain NOPE!!!
Jerk.
Why would I care?
Si se puede!
Jeb really is revolting to me, he is the only one I’d vote guaranteed 3rd party if he were nominated, I’d probably go with the likes of the Constitutional Party.
In a civil tone, I can debate about the pros and cons of the rest.
PING
don’t receive government benefits
