If we had decent legislative leaders in Congress, the Republican response to these outrageous remarks would be devastating.
Of course, that’s wishful thinking. We have nonentities for legislative leaders in Congress, people who were more comfortable being in the minority.

I prefer he peacefully serve out his term but if he got swallowed up by a sinkhole or struck by lighting, it wouldn’t break my heart.
