I agree with you...

And I agree with the post that he has peaked too early.

The debates will end Donald...

Donald Trump has set the tone and tenor of the Presidential campaign. And for that, he should be thanked.

But, Trump cannot win the nomination or win the General Election.

Hopefully, he will leave the race, rather than draw off Primary votes from conservative candidates, and thereby give us Jeb Bush.

Hell, he’s done harder stuff than campaigning for a living for decades. Just watch.

You really need to predict things further out, ‘cuz we can still remember all those other things you promised us.

“he has peaked too early”

Aside from slapping around a couple individuals, he’s only focused on a couple of subjects. There’s much more for him to give his ideas on.

“The debates will end Donald...”

He has been debating hostile media for weeks and his ratings climb. All that is necessary is for him to continue saying what he has been saying; throwing in more if he feels the need. Why are you maintaining a successful negotiator can not debate?

The debates will enhance Trump in the eyes of people who have not seen him speak live and spontaneously.

It is those other candidates who will continue to be tentative and unwilling to commit to genuine policy initiatives who will be left flailing in Trump’s campaign wake.

Have you even paid attention to what is happening already along the campaign trail? That seems unlikely if you really think that the debates are likely to injure Trump more than they will those unfocused pretenders.
