Donald Trump has set the tone and tenor of the Presidential campaign. And for that, he should be thanked.
But, Trump cannot win the nomination or win the General Election.
Hopefully, he will leave the race, rather than draw off Primary votes from conservative candidates, and thereby give us Jeb Bush.
I want that crystal ball you are looking at. Anything can happen, and never say NEVER! Not too many out here want any of the other candidates. They aren’t registering with the voters. So, I’ll take my usual wait and see attitude.
Do you think his ego will allow him to leave the race?
After reading three of Trump’s books and getting more insight into the man, I would not rule out Trump going all the way. I think he will get Democrat votes and minority votes that other GOP candidates would not get.
What conservative candidates? Other than Cruz they are all rinos.
Trump and Cruz are the only two with conservative platforms and Trump is going all the way, though the tough part is getting the nomination in the end with the GOP leaders running the show. He or Cruz will need overwhelming support to get nomination.
Cruz needs to find a much larger base of support to win nomination. Trump has that and will get more as the rinos start dropping. All the single digit rinos will be gone before long. It will be Bush, Trump and hopefully Cruz.
Trump will slaughter Hilliary if gets the nomination.
