Its that sprinkled on green “crap” that the Mexicans sprinkle on top of many of their foods. (Sorry for the comparison to “crap”, the Mexican brand comes only in green)
It’s Mexican Parsley. I do use Cilantro rarely on my Mexican Beef Soup.
Grab some Short Beef Ribs boil them. Once done, take them out and cook any veggies you want. I put zucchini, corn, potato, green peppers, and some leaf of Cilantro. When all veggies are done. Place meat in soup and let it rewarm again and walla..you got a soup that will fill you up pretty good. I like to make it during a cold winter month. =)
Cilantro is Coriander. Cilantro is just the Spanish word for it. It is native to western Asia and southern Europe.
