In a news conference in Ethiopia, President Barack Obama responded at length to Mike Huckabee’s comment that the Iran deal is marching Israelis to “the door of the oven” saying it was part of a pattern of attacks that “would be ridiculous if it wasn’t so sad.”
Without naming names, Obama said a senator who is a presidential candidate an apparent reference to Texas Republican Ted Cruz had said the president was a leading state sponsor of terrorism and another had referred to Secretary of State John Kerry as Pontius Pilate, a reference to remarks by Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark.
Obama said part of what made the United States great is that previously lawmakers considered foreign policy and issues of war and peace too serious for that sort of ad hominem attack.
He trained fire on Donald Trump, too.
“Maybe this is just an effort to push Mr. Trump out of the headlines, but it’s not the kind of leadership that’s needed for America right now,” Obama said.
He also referenced Trump’s attack on John McCain’s heroism. He decried a culture that encourages that sort of attack, and noted that even though many Republicans defended McCain, when similar attacks are made against the president, those same people tend to be quiet.
Obama specifically referenced the upcoming elections and noted he’ll be leaving the White House in 18 months.
“I want to make sure I’m turning over the keys to someone who’s serious about the problems” the country is facing, he said.

Obama , the media and government are the problem.
The Obama trade agenda TPP is the worst thing ever and the media is not even covering it and most on here are not even paying attention to TPP nor even Obama(the media has everyone fooled as Limbaugh says that Obama is not the one behind all the problems in this country which he/it is.)

(Jewish Federation of Metro Detroit) Statement on the Proposed Iran Nuclear Agreement
The proposed nuclear agreement with Iran presents a unique and historic issue with potentially devastating consequences for Israel, the United States and the world at large. As a non-political organization dedicated to the social welfare of the Jewish people, the Federation rarely takes a public stance on questions of international diplomacy. This is not a matter of partisan politics, however, but a defining moment for us as Americans, as Jews, and as people who love and support Israel.
Therefore, after thoughtful consideration, the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit joins with the many voices throughout the United States and Israel in expressing its deep concern for the proposed nuclear agreement with Iran.

It sounds to me like Obama is trying to give a boost to Bush. He needs it. Obviously, the Dems feel that Bush will run and fail like Dole, McCain and Romney.

I want to make sure Im turning over the keys to someone whos serious about the problems the country is facing, he said.Problems the country is facing? All problems created by you - you SOB:
A real unemployment rate of + 20% / giving Iran the means to eliminate Israel / The rise of ISIS / Losing Iraq / Downsizing our military to very dangerous levels and purging the leadership that left only perfumed princes / Racial problems that we haven't seen since the 60's that now strive to disrupt the very neighborhoods we live in / The attempt to normalize the gay lifestyle into our everyday lives / etc. / etc. /etc.

I want to make sure Im turning over the keys to someone whos serious about the problems the country is facing, he said.Yeah, well, that's not your decision to make.
'Course, 99% of the decisions you made were not yours to make.
Hopefully the American people will not be as cowardly as the Republican Congress was when it came to claiming and wielding that responsibility.
