It's a point of pride at Morning Joe that the show is unscripted. But in a notable deviation from that practice, Joe Scarborough clearly seemed to be reading off a teleprompter today as he promulgated a damning indictment of Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information on her private email system. Scarborough's statement was interspersed with clips of Hillary making statements about her email use that in light of the Inspectors General statements seem clearly to be untrue.
Even more ominous for Hillary and her presidential ambitions was that none of Andrea Mitchell, Mark Halperin nor Ron Fournier--who claimed that as a former Arkansas resident he had probably voted more often for Clintons than any other journalist in DC--deigned to offer a defense of Hillary's actions.

I’m probably being misunderstood. I don’t mean to imply that they’re appalled by Hillary, or that they’re suddenly civic minded, or that they are conservative. I think they’re out to scoop other news agencies on obvious stories. I think whoever is leaking to them also says that if you don’t write it we’ll give it to the Washington Post. So self interest makes them do their job.
In other words, two for the price of one! You just can't beat a bargain like that!
>> the New York Times breaking much of the Clinton dirt. I have to think they dont want to be scooped <<
They are “scooping” the dirt?
You conjure up a great image! I like it!
But really, I suspect that their deeper motive may be to boost the prospective candidacy of some “non-Hilary” person like Nobel-winner-to-be John F’ing Kerry.
I know I at least was kidding. Can’t speak for the other. :)
>> Otherwise theyre stuck with the socialist Sanders <<
Not a chance. Just as the Dhimmi powers-that-be torpedoed the Vice-Presidency of com-symp Henry Wallace in 1944, the current DNC PTB will never countenance a Sanders candidacy.
Therefore I’m confident that Blabbermouth Biden, Indian Princess Warren and John F’ing Kerry — and maybe others yet unknown — are all primed up and ready to jump in at a moment’s notice.
What’s behind the sudden attack on the Clintons?
Of course it isn’t hard to be cynical when
discussing Clinton related motives. In this
particular case it could be that the NYT is
clearing the path for anvil ass Hillary. Get
it over with quickly and attack her critics
and opposition when they open it up during the
thick of the campaign season.
Who could it be? And why? And why now?"
Does the name Soros ring a bell or how about The House of Saud?
I do think the NYT is half protecting her, and half warning her: I read their main point as: "Unless you can show us you are a great candidate, bow out gracefully or this could get ugly." Like I said, it's a shot across her bow caboose.
She will respond if she can, if not she bows out gracefully without going to prison or harassed for her illegal $$$ influence peddling, nor her illegal emails.
The Obamanoids hate Hillary and Bill. The line Bill said to Ted Kennedy still rings in Obie’s ears: “Hey Ted, 3 years ago this guy would have been getting us coffee!”
Joe is trying to buy credibility to being a speaker at some redstate conference.
Don’t want to be scooped
Or, they finally have had enough of the Clinton shenanigans.
The NYT NEVER tire of “shenanigans” from powerful liberals.
OLD CRUSTY GETS CRUNCHED BY HER OWN PETARD.
Pocohontas
Plus, she is a drunk.
It is as simple as this: In order to be named Sec. of State, Obama made Hillary promise to cut ties with Sidney Blumenthal while at State. She made that promise and was named SoS. After that she told her people screw him. He's not going to tell ME how to run my ship! Then she foolishly set up her own system.
The email scandal broke by some hacker getting into Blumenthal's emails and BOOM, there's Hillary conducting official business with him. Now just how furious do you think that made The Won? She dared to defy his command! She IS going down. ValJar will have it no other way.
