NAIROBI, Kenya -- President Barack Obama told Kenyans on Sunday that their country is at a crossroads and urged them to "choose the path to progress" by continuing to root out corruption, confront terrorism and be more inclusive of women and girls.
Closing out a historic visit to the land of his father's birth, Obama said Kenya has come so far in just his lifetime, but can go even further.
"You can choose the path to progress, but it requires making some important choices," he said in a speech to several thousand Kenyans packed into an indoor arena here in Kenya's capital, a normally bustling place that largely has been on lockdown during Obama's stay....

Goes to a country struggling to build basic infrastructure, explains how they aren’t buggering each other enough.
This is the president of the United States... How far we have fallen.
Progressives they are the people who want everyone to move AWAY from all of the culture, all of the tradition and all of the accumulated wisdom upon which a functioning society has been built.
This is a good description, a short concise description, of what modern liberal/radical types are all about.
I would just point out, that this sign has “Kenya” in cursive. Aren’t the concerned that certain people won’t be able to read it????
Those certain people are Americans.
The Kenyans were taught proper English.
They don’t do ebonics in Africa.
Talk to an African immigrant.
Their English is very good.
If I were the Kenyan President, I’d cut off his mike and thank him for coming, then escort him to Air Force One. Don’t continue to give him a platform to spew his sinful agenda.
That would have been a very appropriate and powerful response. I’m sure there is some sort of deal behind the visit that would not be possible if that happened though.
