PHOENIX - A woman and two dogs were found decapitated in an apartment in Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Police Department, and a man, with a severed arm at the elbow, was taken into custody.
Officials said a friend of the resident of the apartment was checking on his friend. The friend knocked on the door, which was answered by a 43-year-old man who officials said had an eye that was removed and a severed left arm at the elbow.

UPDATE: Loney says he’s known his neighbors for four months; and says the couple met at a mental health facility.
“Regardless of her condition she was a Christian lady and she always tried to do the right thing,” Loney said. “She left behind a lot of friends and family.”
Phoenix police say they’ve been called to the home before...
“I understand that these two have had somewhat of a domestic violence relationship before,” Crump said.
Still- Loney says that he saw no signs his neighbors’ relationship could lead to today’s chilling discovery...
“I never thought he would kill her,” Loney said. “I never thought that would happen in a million years.”
The suspect told officers he killed three family members. Officers do not know if he was referring to the woman and the two dogs, so they are checking on other family members and making sure everyone is accounted for.

Had a co-worker who missed at in the same room distance. Bird shot took off the left side of the guy's face. He ran out and died in a neighbors yard. The co-worker didn't enjoy the experience so much. It did stop the guy from sneaking in in the middle of the night and touching his daughters.
