Ted Cruz today received the endorsement of Brent Bozell, conservative stalwart and president of the Conservative Victory Committee.
Bozell released this video announcing his support of Sen. Cruz’s candidacy for President.
“Make no mistake: If the Republican Party repeats what it has done the last two presidential elections, Republicans will lose. I guarantee it,” Bozell said in the video. “On the other hand, if we nominate a principled, passionate conservative America can count on to restore her greatness, there will be an outpouring of support.”
Bozell continues, “We need a courageous conservative who tells the truth and does what he promises. We need to nominate an inspiring leader who has proven he is willing to take on the Washington Cartel and buck the political establishment of both parties. We need a leader who will win, and reignite the promise of America. There are some good conservatives running for president, but we need more than a 'campaign conservative' – we need a consistent conservative who has led the fights important to us. Ted Cruz is this leader.”
Brent Bozell III is one of the most outspoken and effective national leaders in the conservative movement today. He has spent more than three decades promoting and defending conservative values. He has built the largest media watchdog organization in the country, successfully exposing the mainstream media’s biased coverage of conservative candidates and ideas. Additionally, he is founder of ForAmerica, an organization committed to restoring America to its founding principles with an online army of almost 8 million members, and previously served as president of the National Conservative Political Action Committee.
As I have said before, Cruz only has two negatives in my view.
First term Senator & that Ivy League education. Both are hard to overcome, but the others are looking worse every day.

It has to be Cruz or Trump... or it is a waste of time. Without one of those two I won’t waste a dime or my vote.
I’m starting to think the ideal ticket would be Cruz/Fiorina. Carly has been magnificent in her attacks on Hillary.
Bozell is a nice endorsement for Ted to pick up. Kudos.

You should see Cruz resume...it friggin impressive as all get out. Content of a man’s character in Cruz is also impressive. Cruz will make a great POTUS.
This is a useful endorsement. Bozell’s opinion is respected by many conservative Catholics, some of which are inclined to support Santorum. I know Santorum is at 2%, but with so many candidates, every bit peeled off of Santorum, Huckabee and Carson is a plus.
Since so many seem to be unhappy over my thought about Cruz.
Please answer two questions.
Please name me a first term Senator that became a good to great president.
please name me the last Ivy League educated President you would put in the good to great column.

Well, Lincoln was a one-term Congressman. Granted he was not poorly educated in the Ivy league, and he had done labor in his life instead making him a far better leader and man. He was great because he was the first Republican to take on the racist Democrats.
And who do you support for the nomination??

My favorites are George Washington and Ronald Reagan, neither fill the bill, but there are not any of their types around.
