What the heck is this, a negotiation? The law should be enforced regardless of what might happen with amnesty or other laws down the road. Who the hell does she think she is?? Who or what gives her the right to tell Congress certain laws are not going to be enforced until some other law is passed????

Or just make it far more specific. ‘Under no circumstances is any payment, remuneration, benefit, accruement of benefits, sick leave calculation, vacation calculation or any other compensation, either current or future, to be made from this budget for any official of ICE so long as that official, or other officials, refuse to perform their jobs.’
