Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie says the new videos showing Planned Parenthood officials arranging for the sale of body parts of aborted babies is another reason why the abortion business should not receive taxpayer funding.
As LifeNews reported, a second shocking video in as many weeks has been released showing a top Planned Parenthood official discussing and arranging the sale of body parts of aborted babies. The first video shows Planned Parenthood Federation of Americas Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.
Responding to the first video on Monday, Christie said Planned Parenthood should be de-funded and defended his multiple vetoes of Planned Parenthood funding in New Jersey.
SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must De-Fund Planned Parenthood Immediately
Gov. Chris Christie vowed Monday that if hes elected president in 2016 he will defund Planned Parenthood across the nation just like hes done in New Jersey.
The governor, speaking to residents in the conservative early-voting state of South Carolina, stressed that he defunded Planned Parenthood for six straight budgets.
Christie was asked whether recently released undercover video showing a senior Planned Parenthood official discussing the disposal of aborted fetuses should spur a federal investigation into the group or possible defunding.
Now, with the most recent revelation, theres even more reason not to fund Planned Parenthood, Christie said. Ive vetoed funding for Planned Parenthood and if I were president of the United States I would do exactly the same.
He continued: This is the difference between the folks in Washington D.C. and the people who have governorships, I defunded Planned Parenthood in New Jersey six years ago weve defunded it every year for the last six years.
When I first defunded it, I defunded it because we were double spending. We were spending money on other stuff and I didnt want to double spend that money, Christie said.
In this newest video, Mary Gatter, the Medical director at Planned Parenthood Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley in Calfiornia, discusses selling aborted baby body parts with undercover investigators posing as officials with a biotech company that acts as a middleman to sell aborted baby body parts to universities and other places that conduct such research. Gatter is a senior official within Planned Parenthood and is President of the Medical Directors Council, the central committee of all Planned Parenthood affiliate medical directors.
SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must Investigate Planned Parenthood for Selling Aborted Baby Parts
Gatter discusses the pricing of aborted baby body parts telling the biotech company officials that the prices for such things as a babys liver, head or heart are negotiable. She also tells the officials that she could talk with the Planned Parenthood abortion practitioners to potentially alter the abortion procedure to kill the baby in a way that would best preserve those body parts after the unborn child is killed in the abortion.
The video shows Gatter haggling over payments for intact fetal specimens and offering to use a less crunchy technique to get more intact body parts.
Even NJFatboy gets it right now and then!
Thanks Morgana.
Mr. Krispy needs to show consistency, it’s not enough to be the 8th candidate to call for defunding.
Yeah, but you know, “it’s even more reason not to fund.” That’s sooooo limpwristed. Why not, “THIS IS WHY WE HAVE TO SHUT THIS POS DOWN”?
That’s nice, but no one cares what you think, Chris. This statement will not give your campaign traction. You screwed up when slobbered all over the dictator on national TV. Toughen up.
