The daughter of Senator John McCain has angrily responded to Donald Trump's comments that her father was only a 'war hero' because he was captured.

'I can't believe what I am reading this morning. Horrified. Disgusted. There are no words,' the 30-year-old author and blogger Meghan McCain tweeted hours after the presidential candidate made the remarks...
