As a wave of Republican scorn washed over Donald Trump Saturday for questioning John McCain's status as a war hero, Mitt Romney joined in with praise for McCain and derision for Trump.

I’ve said it many times, this Congress is just as complicit as Obama in the destruction of this country as well as the rest of the world. Freeing 5 Taliban for a traitor right THERE was enough to impeach Obama, and NOBODY even mentioned the word. The only person who said it was Sarah Palin. This punk Obama knew damn well knew Bowe Bergdahl defected and that this whole prisoner exchange thing was a scam, but he went ahead and did it ANYWAY because he sides with the enemy. Blatant hardcore treason, and now incredibly he is assisting probably our #1 enemy Iran get nukes under yet another scam. And incredibly once again nobody says anything with the exception of maybe two people. F these a-holes! This is war in 2016. You can’t run for the front office with the manners of a McCain or a Romney and win. Trump is playing by the new rules of a changed society.
there is a youtube of the whole interview between Frank Luntz and Trump and it didn’t sound that way to me. there was some reaction but i couldn’t make it out.
Sometimes certain people need to be insulted, and by someone with the guts and power to make the insult stick. McCain has insulted thousands of proud, conservative Americans. WHO is going to make him pay for the insults but somebody like Trump?
