It would depend on how he’s looking at it. Wyandotte County has a unified government and Holland is technically mayor of the whole county with the exception of two or three governmentally independent towns. Demographically the county is still about 60% white.
You would be wrong. About 14 years ago they built the Kansas Speedway in west Wyandotte and it triggered an economic firestorm in the area around it. Now you've got shopping centers, a minor league ballpark, the Sporting KC stadium, a casino, and God knows what else generating tax revenue hand over fist. I belive that Wyandotte is about the only county in the state which is lowering property taxes instead of raising them.

I used to watch the show “Cops” back in the ‘90s. A lot of their episodes were shot in KC. Mostly north KC

Hey mayor, presuming your numbers are right, here's a hint, when you have a large number of White people fleeing the city (overall population isn't up hardly at all since 2010 so the change isn't just Hispanics coming in) that means you are doing a SH*TTY job.

He begged the black population for one last term ( like an addict begging for one last fix) and they flushed the Democrat out anyway and elected another corrupt mayor, a black one.
