Now the girl should be a force for change in Pakistan. A guerrilla leader perhaps.
TEMPORARY work permit. They/she knew it had an end date. Crocodile tears.
I’m sure the press is acting like she made her strip and walk into the “showers” for a nice Zyklon-B rinse.
Better to let the tears flow now, than wait for the blood to flow later when too many radical Immigrants flood the area. You can see what has happened to Paris.
Why can’t we get leaders like this in our country?
Deport to Greece where they can live off Germany anyhow.
This is reality. As as for tears from this individual, one must also keep in mind about the logical fallacy of appeal to emotion.
Merkel has more b___lls than pretty much every male leader in the West. This is the Left’s favorite trick — have some sympathetic figure tell a sob story to get increases in spending or to allow some other liberal social policy. Merkel’s answer is exactly the right one — ignore the tears and do what’s right. Maybe the Right should do this too — have some young German boy ask Merkel to keep immigrants out so his daddy can finally get a job.
This year...at the current pace...there’s likely to be 30,000 to 40,000 just in Hessen alone. You can figure throughout all of Germany, it’ll be near 250,000.
The issue after you examine this whole process....is it takes probably eighteen months to inprocess someone, approve them, get them into integration and language classes, and finally get them hired. Finding adequate low-income housing? Difficult in urban areas. There’s a bit of shock after 100 days as they discover the true cost of living. By the end of 365 days in Germany....there’s some questions because they now figure out that while there is a better lifestyle....you have to work hard to reach any type of marginal acceptance of living. Gas, food, heat, and taxes eat up the bulk of any pay situation.
Last year, they got into a new priority deal. If you try to come in from Serbia or any Yugoslav area....you get turned around. The Syrians are approved without any questions currently.
If you watch commentary by political folks in Germany....there’s not of a four-star plan laid out.
I propose a simple thought experiment: Let’s move all the Pakistanis to Germany, and all the Germans to Pakistan, leaving absolutely nobody behind at either end — 100% compliance. (It’s a thought experiment: we can do this.)
Come back in five years and measure the last year of “old” GNP with the now five years’ later GNP in both countries.
What would you bet would be the outcome?
Actually the Germans WILL eventually “take them all”. Simply because they’ve taken too many already.
I’ll bet they didn’t bother to show the tears of the children of the person her dad replaced at work.
Ah, lets not worry about those tears...
Long past time we had a president and other 'leaders' with enough backbone to make that simple and totally true statement, and make it again and again.
she’s Palestinian not Pakistani. probably doesn’t make much difference though
Palestinians danced in the streets on 9/11.
sorry little girl - no one wants your kind around.
Keine Suppe für Sie! Raus!
Interesting thing happened while we were in Poland. We were on our tour bus on the way to Krakow, when we were pulled over by the border police, although Krakow is nowhere near the Polish border.
Despite being reassured we would not need to carry our passports earlier by the tour guide, the border police came onto our bus and demanded to see everyone’s passports.
That told me that the Poles are not fooling around when it comes to stopping illegal immigration into their country. I say ‘Good for them.’
So sorry, but Get The Hell Out! Good for Merkel. Bigger stones and a patriot, unlike our fearless leader.
I’ll never forget the news scenes of Palestinians celebrating in the streets on the afternoon of September 11, 2001.
