BSA claims that its new policy protects churches, but all it does is just transfer the risk of lawsuit from the BSA to the church if it doesn’t allow a homoesexual to be a leader. The church will then get sued for discrimination.

Well, there really is a slippery slope.

If the BSA is doing this of a fear of litigation, then it is the duty of the BSA to fold up their tents and go out of business.
