The reality is that race, today, brings things along with it that could create a poisonous, even dangerous, work atmosphere, particularly for LE.
The incontrovertible fact is that the majority of blacks in this country are Marxists. I wouldn't want to to work for a Marxist.
I'm sure they aren't assuming that because she is black she must therefore be a Marxist. That's beyond ridiculous. The website this article appears on links to the New York Times! So of course they want people to think these people all quit because of her skin color. That's the kind of crap those sleaze balls at the Slimes do all the time. I'm sure it had to do with various positions she has on issues.
I think a great many today are giving deeper consideration to their opinions about blacks. And coming to a much less generous position. It's sad. Blacks have had such opportunity these many decades, but they clung to their victimhood and just sat, while other immigrant races worked hard and succeeded.
Not only were you wrong in this case, you would be wrong in most cases. Most blacks may vote democrat, but they aren't Marxists. Most don't have the political sophistication or awareness to even know what Marxism is.
