The man, who was not identified, walked into the store with a Confederate flag around his neck and shoulders and began waving the flag and dancing with it, according to an incident report from the Spartanburg Police Department.

The man left in a black moped and was wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts, an orange hat and camouflage cowboy boots.

Sounds any family member on any given weekend at my house. I must have some kinfolk in Spartanburg I didn't know about.
