In a preview clip from his interview with CBS’ “Face the Nation,” Speaker of the House Rep. John Boehner (R-OH) said there will be a debate about removing the Confederate flag from national cemeteries in Congress but in his opinion the flag “should be gone.”

flag on the marker of a Confederate soldier.
In my house there is a place for a Battle Flag because
my ancestors fought under it, they never owned slaves.

Truthfully...lots of people fought for the south and returned to the reassembled country after the war.

I have never given this much thought to the Confederate flag before this. It’s getting a little bit crazy, imho.

I don't find that particularly troubling. I'm looking for a U.S. National Cemetery where a 60'x 40' Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia is being flown from the standard out in front of the facility, alongside or in place of the American flag.

If you can show us any pictures like that, I may have to revisit this issue.
