Donald Trump says he’s still not convinced President Obama was born in America, but that he’s not interested in rehashing the issue.
"I don't know. I really don't know," the 2016 Republican presidential candidate told CNN when asked on Thursday. "I don't know why he wouldn't release his records."
Trump insisted he doesn’t want that debate to define his candidacy, though.
"Honestly, I don't want to get into it," he said. "I'm about jobs, I'm about the military, I'm about doing the right thing for this country."
Obama in 2011 released his long-form birth certificate after years of rumors that he was born outside the country. Trump, among the loudest voices pressuring the president to release his information, took credit for the release at the time, saying he was “very proud” of himself.
The birth certificate did not sate Trump’s desire for more information about Obama’s early life. In 2012, Trump offered the president $5 million to a charity of his choice to release his college transcripts and passport history.
Correctly he is my favorite “GOP” candidate. I hate lying cowardly faggot-boy weasels like most of the current crop of fake candidates!
I’m not that interested either except that if O really isn’t natural born - everyone has to know the truth and who helped hide it. To never have shown the actual birth certificate certainly is a propellant. To say nothing at all about all the actions he took that may or may not be valid.

Look I think you have a valid point that we haven’t seen enough of his plans yet. I was clear in saying in not ready to vote for him yet, but he’s got my attention.
I am trying to pick up the nack of this “experimental history” the Rats are so fond of. Hence I posit the following: If it “really doesn’t matter” if 0bama was eligible at this juncture as it “has been accepted” then it really shouldn’t matter where he was actually born once his trial for treason has been concluded and it has been widely accepted that he was not eligible all along! Am I getting it?

We should be skeptical of anyone running for President. Maybe you are right, that he’s just a Trojan horse but he’s more accomplished than any other politician in the race and he’s not afraid to lose. For those reasons I’m willing to listen and consider him as an option.
For me it is a trust issue, I trust this man less than everyone else in the race, both sides of the aisle.

I would of expected the Donald to say to the reporter in response to that question: "Why are you asking me? You should be asking him. If you're not satisfied with his response, do your homework until you find an answer you're satisfied with. That's what reporters do."
Say what you want about DT's chances, DT is cutting through the PC crap and calling things out as they are. A bit refreshing.

That would increase the deficit unless the revenue cut is matched with spending cuts. If he is not going to increase the deficit then he's going to have to balance the budget. Where will the cuts be?
