Not a really good trade. Greece is a socialist mess. We really don't need more socialists on the voter rolls. They are being overrun with Islamists from North Africa. Puerto Rico has a good water boundary and isn't very attractive to more invaders looking for freebies. Greece is a NATO nation and not one we're anxious to cede to the Russians or Chinese. That us the one strategic consideration. The island of Lesbos is a Greek island. Perhaps we could export the 3% of our population that leans that direction. Rambling thoughts.
