Subway spokesman Jared Fogle’s home raided in child pornography investigation

Federal authorities raided the home of Subway spokesman Jared Fogle Tuesday morning. FBI sources told FOX59 state and federal investigators were serving warrants at Fogle’s Zionsville home in connection with a child pornography investigation...Earlier this year, Russell Taylor, the former director of the Jared Foundation started by Fogle, was arrested in a child pornography case. He was accused of possessing and producing child pornography. Investigators said a search of Taylor’s home turned up more than 500 videos with images of child pornography. In May, Taylor unsuccessfully tried to kill himself while in jail.

Yep, I was twenty years old when I toured Pompeii and saw all the amazing pornography that had been buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79AD. It’s not based on files on your computer. They have to show intent. This is usually files burned to DVD’s or USb drives and distribution. There is also correspondence related to it.
They almost always catch you because you are sharing the files.

This article doesn’t say why Jared would even be affected or raided in the investigation of his employee.

I read a few other articles and found this as the reason why they needed a surprise FBI raid on Jared himself:

“One item police recovered from Taylor’s home office, according to court records, did appear to have a link to Fogle or his foundation. The officers who searched Taylor’s home reported recovering a thumb drive that contained multiple videos of child pornography, including what police described as “commercially made child pornography from Eastern Europe similar to that seized on other investigations,” court records said. The detective leading the probe noted an examination of that thumb drive “revealed a document file with Taylor’s employer listed in the file name.”

“It is unclear, however, if that referred to Fogle or the foundation. It also is unclear from the court document if that specific file contained pornographic images. Federal officials wouldn’t comment on either case today.”

So one of the purchased Eastern European child porn files had Jared Fogel written on it. Which could have been one of these three reasons:

1. The employee used his work name (the foundation) to purchase the child porn.
2. The employee used Jared’s name so he wouldn’t be pinned for it
3. Jared himself bought the child porn using his own name.

Since his employee is DEFINITELY a pedophile, I’ll give Jared a pass until there is any evidence linking him to any of this child porn. I despise pedophiles but from the evidence we have, so far nothing has linked him to this porn other than a collection in the employee’s house bought in Jared’s name. Why would you buy CHILD porn with your own name if you are nationally famous?

I thought I read in another article that the other (the one jailed) was producing this stuff. It is hard to believe that Jared wouldn’t know something was going on. If it is there it is there, and Bubba will be waiting for Jared.
