On Sunday morning, June 22, 2014, Edward Horowitz, M.D. was crossing with the green light at 38th Street and Dodge, in Omaha, Nebraska. Out of nowhere came a speeding blue car, which struck Horowitz hard with such a “horrific bang” that he was thrown against the window of a U-Hall van stopped for the red light. He later died.
The woman driving the U-Haul became hysterical. A witness said a blue car hit Dr. Horowitz while he was walking in the crosswalk. The driver of the car that hit Dr. Horowitz then sped off.

The driver and a passenger abandoned the vehicle and ran off, but police caught up with them. The car was registered to Pedro Diego Antonio. Antonio was allegedly the driver.
Later, “[p]olice say Pedro Diego Antonio … was arrested … on motor vehicle homicide charges. ... Prosecutors say Pedro was three times over the legal limit when arrested.”
What do we know about Dr. Horowitz? Creighton University released a statement the Monday afternoon after he was struck dead:
[The] School of Medicine mourns the unexpected loss of Edward Horowitz, M.D.
Horowitz was a passionate educator and, as such, has touched the lives of countless medical students during his tenure at Creighton University. His loss weighs heavy on the hearts of faculty, staff and students within the medical school and across the campus[.] … Horowitz, born in Los Angeles in 1950, started a nearly four decades-long career at Creighton as a medical student.
What do we know about Pedro Diego Antonio? Not much.
Police identified the driver as 31-year-old Pedro Diego-Antonio, born in Guatemala. Diego-Antonio was booked into Douglas County Corrections at 8:04 p.m. on counts of felony DUI causing serious bodily injury,

From what I have read in the “news” lately, as an American citizen, we pay more in fines and penalties than the illegals do for crimes it seems! We can’t be deported I guess so make us pay!!!
Let’s see, they are here illegally, get paid cash illegally, commit crimes and are deported in luxury (considering how they got here), come back and do it all over again?.... And, our conservative members of all levels of government and schools promote their being here so they can grow their own budgets and administrations...

I would challenge our elected officials to just sit outside almost any convenience store or Walmart grocery and watch non-English speaking laborers walk out with 24 packs of beer most days of the week and especially on Fridays. Bet most of their wives shop with our country credit card for groceries, gas, etc...
American citizens are being killed daily by illegal aliens because our government is more concerned about the illegal aliens.

I propose that we take ALL assets from every illegal and distribute them among legal citizens who are out of work (partially because they stole our jobs).
Let them keep a very small amount to get back on their feet ($200?) and a tattoo to identify them if they sneak over again.

I used to print out every single article about illegals killing people...drunks, rapes, murders, etc. I had a list of fax numbers above my machine that went to every rep from the local all the way to the feds. I’d fax those articles every single day with all my contact info. Did it for years.

A pedestrian died while crossing Dodge Sunday in Omaha. Police say the man was walking north on Dodge at 38th Street. The driver of the vehicle who hit him, 31 year-old Pedro Diego Antonio was arrested Sunday night on motor vehicle homicide charges.
“It was loud. It was a horrific bang, man,” said Andrew Thurm who watched the hit and run crash from his living room window. “They floored it. They didn’t slow down at all. He went at least 15 feet in the air and landed in the windshield of the U-Haul right in the middle of the intersection.”
Thurm ran over to help. He said the victim’s injuries were horrible. The man was carrying a Bible when he was hit, Thurm said.
The crash pushed the man through the windshield of a U-Haul. Omaha police sergeant Joe Collins said that driver was turning from 38th street to eastbound Dodge, and had yielded to the pedestrian before the turn.
