Complied with what law? The state of Texas has no such law!

Right about now, if I was a clerk's office, I'd be buying a big rubber stamp and some red ink that says "Approved by________ under Oppressive Duress by the USSC"

I had hoped Gov. Abbott and A/G Paxton would have drawn a clear line in the sand and defied the SCOTUS.
They didn’t.
Queer marriages are here. Now is the time for Sen. Cruz to introduce a Traditional Marriage Amendment to the Constitution.

Hood County isn’t rich but they’re more wealthy than San Saba County is. This law suit is further proof “gays” aren’t happy but evil demanding monsters.

As a county clerk she should have issued the license upon demand. But since they had to file a federal lawsuit she should be fine $135,000,000, be tied to a post and whipped until her back is in ribbons, have her children fed to alligators in front of her and then be prohibited from talking to anyone about the experience. “Hood County Clerk Katie Lang has been willfully violating the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law since Friday, June 26”
No, the US Supreme Court (5 members particularly) have violated the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law.
