I think the US military should just completely pull out of Texas and take the hundreds of thousands of jobs it has there with it

Pull out entirely as part of peaceful secession. The U.S. needs Texas. Texas does not need the U.S.

Inside, county Chairman Albert Ellison pulled out a yellow legal pad on which he had handwritten page after page of reasons why many Texans distrust President Obama, including the fact that, “in the minds of some, he was raised by communists and mentored by terrorists.”

Oh, those silly racist rednecks in flyover country, with their one tooth and married to their sister, while slapping a King James Bible while yelling that Jesus is going to kill all the darkies and AYrabs...

Don't they know we're PROUD that Obama was raised by communists and mentored by terrorists???

Pretty hateful comment there. Is a liberal family member using your FR account, or do you really feel that way?

The US military belongs to Obama and his terrorist pals Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn?

(Republican) “county Chairman Albert Ellison pulled out a yellow legal pad on which he had handwritten page after page....”

Look at Albert’s picture in the article. It’s Dale Gribble!

If about 25 conservative FReepers moved to Loving County, TX they would dominate elections locally. They could seriously abolish all county government.

Sure, but if all the Texans pulled out of the U.S. military, they'd have those hundreds of thousands of jobs back.

My dad and both husbands were military members-the military members here, for the most part would rather stay in Texas than anywhere in liberal lala land, and would gladly give those places a stiff middle finger.

That said, when discussing the abuse of armed enforcement, most of us in Texas remember Bill Clinton, Janet Reno and a place called “Waco”, where a bunch of “dangerous” women and kids were killed...

For the past 6 yrs the soetoro regime has been purging the military of officers that honor Christianity, the Constitution and Patriotism while promoting homosexuality and anything non-Christian.

Let's not forget their support and arming of the mb, isis and aq; and purging from military documents of anything related to islamism and it's threats.

soetoro and co. Have floated the idea of enlisting illegals in exchange for citizenship. I have been told that this is already being done.

Anyone with any sense would keep a watchful eye on this pRESIDENT's use, or misuse of the military.
