Since there appears to be some disagreement, I have posted the following IQ scale. I am going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say that perhaps he's just an imbecile or that perhaps his remark was not well thought out.

Intelligence Quotient Scale:

Moron = 50-69

Imbecile = 30-49

Idiot = 29 & below
